Villa Ramalah is a pretty villa situated right on the beach front in Aourir, 50metres away from both the sea and also the surf school. From the front garden you are practically on the beach.
Villa Ramalah has three large bedrooms situated on the ground floor. The front and back bedroom have three single beds and loads of wardrobes. Two of the beds can be pushed together to make a double if required. Ceiling fans provide cool air on those summer nights. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a wardrobe and a free standing fan unit. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom, with shower, a washing machine and plenty of space to store your surfboards, wet suits or other holiday equipment.
Climbing up the first flight of stairs takes you directly into the main living area. This is a kitchen and living area with dining room. There is also a large Shower room and a separate W.C. Following the stairs up again will lead you onto the Sun Terrace, from here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the beach and the sea.
The Sun Terrace comes complete with a kitchen area and table and chairs so that you can really enjoy the outdoor living space. There is also a large barbecue which is available for guests to cook on.
This Villa has a front garden, which is quite uncommon in Morocco. The garden has a car parking space for you to store your car (or you can just park it outside the gate) and a little terrace area which is quite shady for those moments when you’ve just had enough of the sun. There are several mature fruit trees including Pomegranate, Lemon and Banana.
There is a large patio area which is ideal to just sit and watch the world go by. All in all this a perfect beach base for your Moroccan holiday.
